At Writing Services Hub, every project is extremely crucial to us and we strive to ensure that we handle each client with utmost care and professionalism. Our aim is to provide the best results as per the terms and conditions outlined in the Engagement Contract. However, despite every measure, if you still remain unsatisfied with the end-results, you may opt for a refund, subject to the terms and conditions outlined herein.

● General Terms and Conditions
Writing Services Hub’s refund commitment is subject to the following terms and conditions:
- No refund is applicable if the required information for the successful provision of the Services is not given to Writing Services Hub within 7 calendar days from payment. If there is a delay or a failure in provision of the Services due to improper communication from you, including without limitation, your omission to fill in and share the Brief Form with Writing Services Hub within 7 days, the same shall not be attributed to Writing Services Hub and Writing Services Hub warrants no refund or Service in such a situation. You acknowledge that it is solely your responsibility to fill in the required information in the Brief Form within the provided timeframes.
- There is no provision for compensation for the delay of delivery under any conditions, until and unless there is an express written agreement signed with a penalty clause for delay in delivery.
- No refund is applicable in case you request any changes, alterations or termination in your Engagement Contract or Brief Forms. In such an event, the acceptance of your request for changes, alterations or termination shall be dealt with on an individual basis and at Writing Services Hub’s sole and absolute discretion.
- You acknowledge that no request for refund shall be entertained where you fail to respond to Writing Services Hub at any point in time for a total period of 14 calendar days after making a payment to Writing Services Hub in respect of Services. It shall solely be the Purchaser’s responsibility to timely respond to Writing Services Hub. In the event there is no response or communication from your end, the Engagement Contract shall be put on hold until your response. You shall clear any and all pending invoices that are overdue in such case prior to bringing the Engagement Contract live again.
- In the event Services are being charged at an hourly rate, you may be eligible for a refund for all unutilized hours at Writing Services Hub’s absolute discretion, subject to the terms of the Engagement Contract. If you wish to apply for a refund for unutilized hours, please contact us at support@writingserviceshub.com.
- In case of termination of the engagement contract, Writing Service Hub has a right to deduct any transaction charges incurred. The charges will be deducted from the contract/deal amount. The remaining amount will be refunded after deductions.

Writing Services Hub may, at any time, without notice to you and in its sole discretion, amend this Policy from time to time. You acknowledge that it is your responsibility to review this Policy periodically. Your continued use of Writing Services Hub’s Website or Services after any such amendments shall be construed as your acknowledgement and acceptance thereof.
